JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do
End-to-end support for hiring projects:
Supporting coordinating and executing company branding physical activities.
Supporting internal kick-off meetings with hiring managers
Supporting position online advertisement and marketing (posting to schools, local job boards, etc.)
Being a key point of contact for all candidates and hiring managers (for reviewing and interview coordination) communication
Supporting online info sessions (candidate communication, logistics etc.)
Resume pre-screening and phone screening to eliminate the non-qualified candidates
Uploading the Resumes into the system
Managing "Candidate Reservation" Matrix and interview arrangement coordination (communication and onsite logistic support)
Supporting final candidate selection process (candidate offer & turn down communication, hiring manager communication, etc.)
Recruitment support can be scaled up or down based on changing hiring
REQUIREMENTS
What You Need
Minimum 2 to 3 years of headhunt recruitment experience.
HR field knowledge in the IT field is a plus.
Fluent in English skills (especially Speaking & Writing)
Fast learner, detail-oriented, well-organized and good communication skills
Expert in MS Office
Possible to start in May 2024
