- Good command of English(Primally speaking and listening)
- Knowledge of the following fields is a plus: organizing teambuilding and outdoor/sports games, Vietnamese traditional games, Vietnamese cultures
- Mature, love to work with customers, culture activities, charity and/or volunteer's job
- Sporty, love nature and physical activities
- Pay attention to details
- Direct, aggressive to target, the strong commitment to work
