Check and confirm BR from SEHC, fully, correctly and within deadline (on-time BR)
Request and input into Cello BC from Carriers, fully, correctly and within deadline (on-time BC)
Solve all additional SEHC requests regarding booking, space, flight/vessel schedule, equipment, cost, etc (customer support)
Solve all issues/trouble regarding booking, space, flight/vessel schedule, equipment, cost, etc (trouble solving)
DOCUMENTATION
Submit SI: On time, fully andcorrectly
Checking BL: Pushing FWD releaseBL soon, checking BL carefully, correctly to avoid any issue
Confirm SR: Checking andconfirmation SR on time, fully and correctly to avoid later than deadlinerequest
Solving problem: Solve alladditional SEHC requests regarding BL/documentation (customer support), Solveall issues/trouble regarding BL/documentation (trouble solving)
PRICING
Generate tariff (AR)fully, correctly and within deadline (on-time billing)
Input AP, trace, check and confirm DN/INVfully, correctly and within deadline (on-time billing)
Solve all issues/trouble regarding billing / pricing (trouble solving)
Making report VUN, combine bill, on time per billing part.
Yêu cầu
- College or university graduated, preferred in export-import, foreign trade, international business, logistics & SCM
- Minimum 01 year of similar job position, preferred in logistics company
- Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working;
- Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system;
- Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task;
- Able to work overtime.
