Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for all front desk operations during the night.
- Control the reports of the day operations
- In charge the night audit, verify that all the departure invoices are correct that the reception has the necessary back-up for next day arrivals.
- Prepare all required reports, deal with any issues happended in the shift
Yêu cầu
- 1 to 2 years minimum in a similar position required.
- Fluent English skills, intelligent appearance.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required.
- Effective comminucation skills, good time management, excellent guest-services skills.
- SMILE software knowledge is an advantage.
