Job descriptions:
Deliver training in-line with global learner journeys, competency needs and programmes to achieve levels of competences defined by senior managers
Partner with the global training teams to ensure training needs are fully understood & the required materials/systems and facilities are available to support the events.
Manage the performance of the Non-Technical trainers, including conducting performance appraisals as required to provide feedback on development areas
Develop and implement training programs using information gathered through market research and excellence system and build strong relationships with training representatives to identify and interpret core training needs
Work with BOD to maintain an ongoing calendar of training schedules and support the introduction of new training models, competencies and skill gaps as needed.
Implement the company's global training strategy in all markets, in order to facilitate a consistent approach to learning and development and ensure on-going improvement in the quality of training provision
Adapt and develop training courses to market requirements
Any other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Five years professional experience in automotive non-technical training.
Awareness of automotive retail processes and factors influencing competence development
Thorough understanding of adult learning principles
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills required for internal and external relationships.
