Sport & Leisure Operation:
1. Property management at the Fitness Center and Kids Club
- Check, statistics the number of properties in the gym & Kids club area in your shift.
-Note the status of asset types to superiors and personnel and departments.
-Monitoring and timely reporting of assets and equipment that are malfunctioning and transferring to management for remedial / handling measures to avoid causing adverse impacts on customers.
2. Guide and serve guests at the Fitness Center and Kids Club
- Instruct visitors to use gym equipment properly.
- Ensuring safety for guests when using the service in the Kids club and gym area, always available when guests need. Promptly notify the medical department when an accident occurs, keep up with the time and the first emergency.
-Make sure the activities in the gym areas and Kids Club are always in the best condition
- Arrange neatly the gym and kids club equipment before use
-Make clean the gym and kids club area to maintain the hygiene standards prescribed by the hotel.
-Make sure signs are in place, where visitors can easily see them and follow or avoid them so they do not encounter problems.
- Keep a full record of visitors' information, unusual incidents taking place in the journal and timely reporting to the head of the department.
3. Solve problems arising
- Listen to customer complaints and proceed to resolve them if the problem is within the scope of the gym staff. If the limit is exceeded, contact your manager immediately for assistance.
- Handle relevant developments in your shift.
-Record reports of problems submitted to superiors.
4. Perform other jobs
-Making periodic reports or arising when required by management.
- Coordinate with other departments to perform tasks well, improve the quality of services at the hotel.
- Performing other jobs according to the instructions of their superiors.
-Be careful, have professional ethics, be honest.
• Training: English and customer care skills classes of the company.
• Discipline: If violating the foregoing, they will be subject to appropriate disciplinary measures according to the company's regulations.
Other Responsibilities
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management • Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
