We are seeking the initiative and energetic person to join our dynamic team for the full time position of Customer Service Staff at Ho Chi Minh head office.
• Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers' satisfaction.
• To receive booking information as well as ensure the equipment arrangements for Operation Dept. timely follow-up.
• Creating booking in system, Updating & Sending Booking Acknowledge to customer within timeframe;
• Booking & vessel clean-up within timeframe
• Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system
• Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery and special service requirements.
• Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor Degree holder major in either Economics, Foreign Trade
2. Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Power
Point.
4. Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
5. Recently minimum 1 year experience in shipping and/or logistics related field.
