Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (OSHE) Officer

1. Job Purpose
Responsible for implementing and managing all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) activities in the company; coordinating consultants to build and maintain the ISO 45001 system; and supporting environmental activities (ISO 14001) as well as coordinating factory maintenance work to ensure safety and efficient operations.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Occupational Safety & Health (Main Responsibility)
• Develop, implement, and maintain the OSH management system in compliance with legal requirements and ISO 45001 standards (in coordination with consultants).
• Establish internal regulations, procedures, and measures to ensure occupational safety, hygiene, and fire prevention and fighting.
• Prepare and implement the annual OSH plan; conduct risk assessments and develop emergency response plans.
• Organize training and communication activities to raise awareness of OSH.
• Conduct periodic inspections and monitor compliance with safety regulations across the company.
• Investigate occupational accidents and incidents; propose and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage the registration and inspection of machinery, equipment, and materials in accordance with OSH regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports, statistics, and manage related documentation.

B. Environmental Management (ISO 14001)
• Implement and maintain requirements related to the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
• Monitor compliance with environmental legal regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in system evaluation and continuous improvement activities.

C. Coordination in Factory Maintenance (Supporting Role)
• Monitor the condition of factory infrastructure (roof, ceiling, walls, floors, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal staff and contractors to carry out repair and maintenance work when required.
• Provide input, recommendations, and technical support to ensure work is performed properly and safely.
