Ocean Import Coordinator

I. Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle full import process for Ocean freight shipment with all term included manage door delivery activities based on SEKO process and timeliness.
• Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
• Resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company requirements and customer's standard operating procedure.
• Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met
• Other work arranged by direct supervisor or manager.
• Cargo Wise One system knowledge and data analysist is preferred.

II. Education and Experience requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge & good experience in handling Ocean freight shipments, customs and inland transport is an advantage.
• Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
• 1-3 years of customer services / operation experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Responsible, pro-active and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or above

III. Job Skills, Personality and Competencies for this position

• Reliable, well organized, honest, team-player
• Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English, responsible, active.
• Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
