Mô tả công việc
* Administration management: Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the business operation
- Manage & arrange filing systems;
- Verify office expenditure receipts, classify and making payment form and record office expenditure and manage the budget; send report to HBF HL
- Prepare company correspondences, arrange meeting, hotel booking; making visa, work permits, residence card, others for staffs & visitor ...)
- Follow up & maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment & other office supplies; ensure the condition of the office
- Responsible for dealing with Government authorities for company operation matters.
- Assist in other operation related issues if required
- Responsible for three major areas: staffing, employee compensation and benefits
* HR compliance
- Co-ordinate to update Employee Handbook, Internal Regulation Working policy
- Follow up and record employee movement, probation, contract status and annual appraisal system
- Manage employee files
- Keep track of employee holidays and sick leave records
- Responsible for payroll processing and payroll related reports: social insurance, personal income tax for local and expat, labour report
- Prepare HR-related reports to submit the government
- Create, maintain and update job descriptions
* Recruitment:
- Identify recruitment channels, select and recommend the most cost-effective ones based on requirements
- Prepare offer letters and contracts for selected candidates, conduct new staff's dossier check
Yêu cầu
1/ Age between 30-45 years preferable
2/ At least 5-10 years relevant working experience in rep office company preferable
3/ Excellent communication and presentation skills
4/ Able to work under high pressure environment (seasonal developments).
5/ Ability to pay close attention to details and provide accurate information to all parties.
6/ Must be able to read and write English. Verbal communication in English language is desired.
7/ Must be able to use a computer to make daily, weekly, and monthly reports
