JOB OVERVIEW
As the Office Administrator at SEADEV, your role will involve overseeing the general office management, including administrative tasks, correspondence, and phone calls. You'll also manage external and government relations, handle paperwork processing, and assist in event planning. Additionally, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments and managing and purchasing office facilities, and devices to ensure they are well-maintained. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the needs of our team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
● General Facilities Management:
● Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
● Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
● Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to streamline operations.
● Purchase and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships.
● Generating and managing contracts with suppliers / customers in relation to administrative activities.
● Liaising between the company and third-party vendors and service providers.
● External/Government Relations:
● Manage incoming calls, visitors, email, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
● Liaise with external stakeholders and government offices for paperwork processing and other administrative matters.
● Event Planning: Assisting in planning and running company events and team activities.
● Performing other ad-hoc assignments from the Supervisor.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.
● Fluency in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading).
● Proven 2-3 years working experience in Office Administration, Assistant, Event Management, or Customer Service roles.
● Detail-oriented with a service-oriented mindset, and a proactive and dynamic approach to tasks.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
● Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone and interpersonal abilities.
● Strong organizational, problem-solving skills.
● Experience in purchasing and reporting.
● Proficiency in Google Products (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
