Mô tả công việc
* Reports to: Head Rep Office
* RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand potential clients' business and assess clients' needs and opportunities for our company to support the clients
• Research target clients and prepare approach and meetings with Business Development team
• Finding Company and Product information and prepare presentation material in Vietnamese as needed.
• Responsible for following up order production, delivery.
• Check the documents to ensure correct import/export documentations are prepared.
• Timely communication with overseas customers & partners through email and telephone.
• With good ability of getting and following up new orders.
• Process orders and follow up delivery.
• Following up all office's activities.
Yêu cầu
* REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Degree holder of a leading university with Majors in International Trading or Business Studies
• Foreign language: Good command of oral and written English
• Experience: More than 2 year in sales administrator
