Purpose of Job:
- To organize internal activates like Meetings; Clerk, IE/Lean, Training process, Maintaining work in FTY; to follow open issue.
- To manage external FTY working communication with serves providers like NPI, Administration, HR, Maintains and etc. DGV departments.
- PA of GM.
Main Duties:
1.Internally, to manage activates of Clerk, IE/Lean, Training process, maintaining work in FTY; to follow open issue, important tasks and deadlines.
2.To manage external FTY working communication with serves providers like NPI, Administration, HR, Maintains and etc. DGV departments
3.Working with the GM to Coordinate and supervise daily operations.
4.Assisting in implementing plans for the factory
5.Create reports and Submit them to the GM
6.Support process when customers and other visits
7.Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
8.Organising events and conferences
9.Miscellaneous tasks to support Sock FTY managers, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager's remit

Yêu cầu tối thiểu/ Minimum Requirements:
Trình độ/ Education: Colleges or above
Trình độ ngoại ngữ/ Level of Using Foreign language: Fluency in English
Kỹ năng vi tính/ Computer knowledge: Good at MS office
Có kiến thức về/ Having knowledge of: Proficient about personal assistance
Kỹ năng thiết yếu/ Essential skills:
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organisation and time management skills
