Mô tả công việc

We are currently seeking an Office Receptionist to assist the Executive Assistant and Admin Team in our Vietnam office. Candidates with proficiency in English Communication are preferred. For exceptional candidates, this is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY to join a rapidly expanding global company in the top office, with future opportunities to expand into management
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival;
Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Transfer line to other related departments;
Receive and handover incoming letters, documents; follow outcoming letters, documents;
Supply and manage office equipment, stationery to office, pantry utilities;
Coordinates office management activities and maintain office procedures;
Perform paper works and the related items for office;
Control and manage office expense: taxi, phone card, name card, logistic support
Agenda management: booking, travels, meeting, arrange air-ticket, hotel, car for office members, etc;
Correspondences to Management building, state agencies, fire protection;
Pay attention to office; meeting rooms & reception are to be kept clean, tidy on time;
Other tasks as requested.

Yêu cầu

Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills;
Experienced in working in Hotel from 3-star standard;
Can communicate in Chinese/Madarine is a plus;
At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position;
Be able to multitask and stay organized when dealing with changing priorities;
Exhibit a personable demeanor while dealing with internal and external clients;
Work well in a team environment and provide timely correspondence when needed;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Cloud and or Google Cloud applications;
Well organized, flexible, able to cope with heavy workload;
