Mô tả công việc
- Take ownership of system handover and lead the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of the MES for the raw material/components warehouse
- Understanding of inventory principles like FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, using warehouse management system SAP
- Receive and delivery components for production line in timely
- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures is critical for maintaining a safe work environment
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to warehouse operators
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Qualification
College degree and above
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes and warehouse management with strong skills in MES, ERP/SAP or relevant systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Proficient in creating and implementing procedures, processes, standards, and instructions
- Knowledgeable about international and local laws related to warehouse operations
- Work planning, problem-solving, training, coaching, leadership, and performance assessment
- Kaizen and innovation skills
- Understand and implement as requirements from ISOs, CSR, RBA
