We are looking for a full-time Account Manager who we can train in Hanoi and work remotely with us. The candidate should be willing to work for a long time and want to grow with us.
Starting Salary: 10,000,000 VND/month + 13th month salary + potential performance based bonus
Job description:
• Support Manager in contacting and managing relationships with US suppliers. This includes but not limited to research information of potential suppliers, reach out and call interested suppliers, keep track of progress and maintain relationship with interested parties.
• Support Manager in purchasing from suppliers and working with prep centers
• Update and manage our inventory database
• Update and manage our pricing database
• Support in restock and purchase for our inventory
• Support in launching our new products. Depend on skills set, candidates can take part in various tasks such as writing content for listings, ads and listing optimization, design/ photos edit for listing and brand images...
• Work with various softwares and platforms to support managers in various operations of the company
Identify and recommend internal process improvements to drive productivity
• Work on any other analytical problem that might pop-up in the business

• Good command in English (excellent reading/writing skills and fluent in speaking). The job requires you to talk with US team members and suppliers
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner and deliver good results
• Proactive and willing to learn and grow with us
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. High sense of responsibility and self-organizing.
• A plus if you had experience with Amazon platform or other E-commerce platforms in general
• A plus if you had experience in SEO, copywriting, basic design/photos editing skills
