We are seeking a results-driven Online Business Manager with strong website ownership and e-commerce growth expertise. This role is accountable for driving website traffic, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and online revenue growth through data-driven execution and full-funnel performance management. This is not a general digital strategy role. We prioritize candidates with hands-on website performance experience and proven online revenue accountability.

• Increase qualified traffic (organic & paid)
• Improve conversion rate and customer journey efficiency
• Optimize digital funnel from acquisition → engagement → checkout
• Build structured KPI dashboard for performance tracking
Key Responsibilities
a) Website Growth & Performance Ownership
• Develop and execute website growth strategy (SEO, SEM, CRO)
• Monitor and optimize traffic sources (organic, paid, referral, direct)
• Improve conversion rate across landing pages and checkout flow
• Conduct A/B testing and usability optimization initiatives
b) E-Commerce Revenue Management
• Drive online sales performance through pricing, campaign, and content optimization
• Monitor key metrics: conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, cart abandonment, ROAS
• Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to launch performance-driven campaigns
• Ensure website aligns with commercial objectives and seasonal strategy
c) Data Analytics & Tracking
• Set up and manage tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, pixel tracking)
• Build performance dashboards and actionable insights
• Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points
• Recommend data-backed optimization plans
d) Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with IT/
Developers to improve website speed, UX, and technical SEO
• Coordinate with Content & Design teams to enhance on-page engagement
• Align with Sales & CRM teams to improve retention and LTV
