JOB DESCRIPTION
The overview
This role will primarily involve conducting influencer research, shortlisting, and managing communication with influencers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, skincare, and influencer marketing, along with excellent communication skills.
Role
60% - Shortlist campaign collaborators monthly
30% - Research potential influencers for client campaigns
5% - Maintain communication with influencers through various channels such as DMs and emails (If assigned)
5% - Ad-hoc tasks to be assigned and discussed
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Fluent in English
Must be available during the designated core working hours of 11:00-13:00 KST or/and 14:00-16:00 KST to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with the team. Outside of these core hours, work schedules may remain flexible as long as tasks and deadlines are met.
Able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week (Preferred to Korean Office Hours Availability) and maximum of 40 hours per week.
Interest and knowledge in the beauty, skincare, and influencer marketing industry (preferred)
Detail-oriented and great communication skills

Salary: Hourly paid. Up to NET 12M VND / month (finalized after interview)
