JOB DESCRIPTION
Create and manage daily content for Twitter and Instagram.
Design and write short-form content: tweets, threads, memes, infographics, reels.
Stay up to date with crypto trends, trading narratives, and Web3 news
Brainstorm and experiment with new content formats (e.g. AI videos, story-based content)
Work closely with marketing and community teams to align with campaign goals
Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements
Help shape our brand voice to be witty, relatable, and Web3-native
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience creating content for Twitter and/or Instagram (bonus if in crypto)
Strong understanding of memes, virality, and internet culture
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or equivalent)
Familiar with crypto slang, narratives, and degen culture
Able to self-manage, take initiative, and deliver consistentlyAble to self-manage, take initiative, and deliver consistently
English fluency in writing (humor, tone, clarity)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Web3, crypto trading, or DeFi
Video editing or AI-generated video creation experience
Experience with growth marketing or community building
Past work with a Web3 project, DAO, or trading community
