JOB DESCRIPTION

As a UI designer, you will:
Refine and polish existing screens in Figma to achieve a clean, modern, and consistent UI
Standardize typography, spacing, color usage, and layout across the product
Build and organize UI components and design systems (buttons, inputs, modals, etc.)
Ensure all designs are developer-ready (auto layout, naming conventions, spacing rules)
Improve visual hierarchy and alignment without changing core UX flows
Collaborate with founders/product team to align on design direction
Prepare final design files for handoff to developers
REQUIREMENTS

Preferably graduated from a top Vietnamese university (HCMUT, HCMUS, HUST, UIT, etc.) and/ or top university around the world.
2+ years of experience as a UI Designer
Experience using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems)
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Solid understanding of:
+ Layout & spacing systems
+ Typography & visual hierarchy
+ UI consistency and scalability
Experience working on web apps/SaaS products
Ability to work with existing designs and improve them (not start from scratch)
Detail-oriented and able to follow structured design guidelines

Experience preparing designs for frontend handoff (React, etc.)
Familiarity with design systems like Material UI, Ant Design, etc.
Basic understanding of frontend constraints
