JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a YouTube Channel Optimizer to contribute to the development and growth of our YouTube channels system by optimizing channel content and supporting channel strategies. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about content development on YouTube, with a marketing mindset, and willing to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize YouTube channels, ensuring consistent content updates and growth.
Monitor channel daily metrics to provide and operate actionable insights for improvement.
Research YouTube trends and competitors to identify channel concepts and propose ideas for audience and revenue growth.
Collaborate on strategies and issue solutions to enhance revenue and performance for potential high-growth channels.

Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
Preferred
Graduated in Marketing or have 1+ year of experience in the media industry.
Have experience in managing YouTube channels or other social media.
