JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Executive to grow our digital products and the creator network behind them. In this role, you will own the user experience of our app for an international audience, turning user insights into features that bring more traffic and engagement. You will also build creator partnerships for projects that enrich the quality and diversity of our content, further improving the user experience. Working closely with our in-house development and growth teams, you will make sure our products and partnerships contribute to long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the app's product backlog: research user behavior, propose new features, and prioritize them with the in-house development team.
Optimize the app experience & track key metrics (users, retention, engagement) to grow traffic.
Source and partner with the team's creators to acquire content and expand our content library.
Work closely with the Growth team to bring traffic to the app and turn partnerships into revenue.

1+ years of experience as a Product Executive, or in a similar role for apps or digital platforms.
Ability to turn user needs into clear feature requirements (user stories, wireframes) for developers.
Analytical mindset with strong data skills; comfortable with app analytics tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with external partners.
Proficiency in using AI tools to speed up research and workflows.
Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
Preferred
Experience with consumer apps for international markets, especially content, media, or entertainment apps.
Experience with app growth: onboarding, retention, push notifications, A/B testing.
Experience in creator partnerships to enrich a product's content and user experience.
