WE ARE LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME TEAM MEMBERS - REMOTE -
8 HOURS/DAY
I. MUSIC COPYRIGHT OPERATOR
Key Responsibilities
Operate YouTube
ContentID system (music assets + other issues: conflicts, overlaps,
disputes)
Distribute and
manage music on digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon,...)
Support clients'
requests about music copyright on Youtube ContentID + other digital
platforms (via email, FB fanpage).
Manage database for
monitoring and operating system effectively
Handle inbound qualified leads,
onboarding & support artists/ music labels.
Support freelancer
management for the ContentID and Digital Distribution teams.
Assist the IT team
to develop EMVN CMS website (Content Management System): update or create
new features to deliver new content, manage content on the system
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Economic, Law, or a related field.
Have at least 1 year of experience, especially in
Customer Service, Account Manager, Client Relation, Partnership Relation
Excellence in
Vietnamese & English.

II. YOUTUBE NETWORK OPERATOR FRESHER
Key Responsibilities
Proactively update
Youtube policies to the internal team and clients.
Monitor Youtube
channels to detect and solve violations related to copyright, metadata,
etc.
Improve customer
support process with a customer-oriented attitude.
Solve clients'
requests within 24h (via email, contact form, facebook).
Assist the IT team
when the Operation team needs to deliver new content, create new features,
or test new upgrades.
Assist other teams
in managing clients' databases.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Economic, Law, or a related field.
Have at least 1 year of experience, especially in
Customer Service, Account Manager, Client Relation, Partnership Relation
Have knowledge about YouTube is a plus
