👩💻 Responsibilities:
As a Digital Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.. Your primary responsibilities include:
👉🏻 Campaign Management:
Conduct comprehensive audits of previous campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
Set up and manage campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (optional)...
Implement essential tracking mechanisms, such as Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel, to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with the
digital marketing to prepare ad content such as videos, images, and other creative materials necessary for campaigns.
👉🏻 Optimization and Performance:
Continuously monitor performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates, to assess campaign effectiveness.
Develop custom audience segments and retargeting strategies to enhance acquisition and retention.
Make real-time adjustments to targeting, bids, and creatives to optimize campaign outcomes.
Utilize A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of various strategies and creative elements.
👉🏻 Reporting and Analysis:
Compile and present detailed performance reports for stakeholders, summarizing key insights and actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Looker Studio Report, Google Data Studio, or Excel to visualize campaign performance.
Conduct post-campaign evaluations to derive insights and refine future strategies.
👉🏻 Innovation and Strategy:
Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Experiment with emerging ad formats and platforms to identify new opportunities for client success.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets, reallocating resources to maximize ROI.
👉🏻 Additional Responsibilities:
Proactively manage campaign pacing, halting ads when budgets are exhausted or goals are achieved.
Conduct quarterly competitive analyses to benchmark performance and enhance strategies.
Create and update SOPs aimed at improving workflows and processes, ensuring the highest efficiency and effectiveness for advertising campaigns.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
🌋 Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience working in a digital marketing or performance agency is a strong plus.
Proven success in multi-account or multi-client campaign management.
Strong understanding of ad funnel strategy, media buying, and platform-specific best practices.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
Experience using reporting dashboards (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Supermetrics) is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to explain technical performance metrics in simple terms.
The ability to conduct reports based on metrics and present solutions.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
