LOCATION: Head Office, HCMC
CONDITIONS (hours etc): 8.30am to 5.30 pm from Mon - Fri and 9.00-12.30 Saturday (44 hrs per week)
DIRECTLY REPORTING TO: DOSM and Marketing Manager
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
This person knows how to create and establish an online marketing plan and then oversees and orchestrates the company's Internet marketing efforts, which range (but not limited to) from website, search engine optimization, newsletters & EDM, online advertising to content marketing (content creation supported by content creator), online PR (blogger f.e.), and social media. He/She is responsible of growing the popularity and the traffic of our website and social media channels.
In all activities the person need to understand measuring and analytics tools to report to supervisor with ROI key figures.
The person will support with the company's online booking platform with tasks and topics related to online marketing. A solid marketing experience is requested (sales channels, target groups, markets etc). A good understanding of marketing planning and the implementation of activities, its continuous supervision and monitoring/evaluation is crucial. Highly organized, forward and broad thinking and some "technical" understanding about web and the online world complete the jobs requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(Online) Marketing:
• Yearly or quarterly (Forward) Planning in alliance with the sales and marketing team
• executing of online/digital marketing activities for website, mailings, social media, online advertising (paid search (PPC) or display media, etc
• Oversee and manage the website and the CMS and support in the continuous improvement
• Maintain and grow key indicators for website popularity
• Cross link and Back-end link management and taking care of SEO relevant aspects.
• Overseeing and handling specific E-commerce topics (online CRM and database, account portal, updates of info and back end data)
• Developing and support with creative ideas in all areas of the online marketing
• Liaise with IT or involved suppliers to ensure operational parameters for the website and the E-commerce are up to standard and continuously maintained
People Management: Working closely with marketing and sales team to achieve a forward planned and consistent and constructive processing of (online) marketing topics
Reporting: Monthly and ad hoc reports
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for continual improvement across the marketing area

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Tertiary studies in Marketing with subject online marketing
• Very good knowledge of all software and tools used in online marketing
• Solid understanding of general marketing and sales topics
Including branding
• Knowledge of geography, foreign cultures and services standards in the hospitality
• Software skills such as Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat
• Some understanding of web coding and IT is a big plus
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 year years' experience in the area of online/digital marketing and proved record of handling online marketing topics
• Very good experience in online marketing communication with managing internet appearance including but not limited to website, social media, display and paid advertising
• Experience in key technical IT aspects of website management or online marketing
• Understanding of luxury (travel) products / online design
• Top organized and structured
