What is HuLib?
Hulib is a social project dedicated to connecting people through real-life stories. Huber (storytellers) share their lived experiences with Libers (listeners) to ensure that no one has to feel lonely. Hublib currently features over 200 registered users and a growing nationwide community.

Responsibilities
Milestone 3 - Mobile App Launch (Upcomming)
The app has not yet launched, but the design is ready. The Tech Lead will:
Determine the mobile architecture and framework (React Native / Expo)
Set up the project, CI/CD, and the store release process
Collaborate with the backend team to standardize APIs for mobile
Technical Leadership Role (Ongoing)
Lead a team comprising 1 FE, 2 BE, and 1 QA.
Review code and ensure quality and adherence.
Make architectural decisions, assign tasks, and unblock the team.
Attend mandatory weekly team meetings on Sunday nights (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM; 1-hour duration).
Requirement
Mandatory
Proficient in TypeScript (both Frontend and Backend)
Hands-on experience with [protected info] and NestJS
Understanding of PostgreSQL and ORMs (Prisma / TypeORM)
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment
Ability to interpret designs and implement them from Figma
Preference
4+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior or Lead role
Experience with React Native / Expo
Experience leading a small team or a volunteer project
Interest in products with social impact
