Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging online lessons to students aged 6-16, while also supporting older learners and adults across varying proficiency levels.
Take ownership of student progress by providing structured, outcome-driven instruction and maintaining a high standard of professionalism, responsibility, and commitment.
Conduct the majority of classes in a one-on-one setting, tailoring lesson pace, teaching methods, and feedback to each learner's individual needs.

Qualification:
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of teaching experience.
Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications are an advantage, such as CELTA, TESL, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent.
Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
Must possess a personal laptop or desktop equipped with a webcam and a noise-cancelling headset.
Availability to commit at least 15-20 teaching hours per week is required; candidates who can support full-day schedules on Saturdays and Sundays (Viet Nam time) will be highly preferred.
Working hours are flexible within the following peak teaching windows:
Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 AM - 9:30 PM
