This HR Executive Intern job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Economics or have a passion for the HR field or final-year student;
Interested in Advertising, basic understanding of Agency;
Energetic, and a team player who enjoys interacting with people.
Be able to work full-time for a period of 6 months;
Amazing English skills (written and spoken);
Strong confidential skills and work well under pressure;
Excellent organizational skills;
Good attention to details.
You're good at:
Assisting in recruitment process such as job postings, collecting CVs, prepare JDs, assisting in searching, screening resumes and scheduling interviews;
Internal tasks such as updating organization chart, preparing deck as per request, support to run internal events, employee engagement activities;
Onboarding and Offboarding process such as creating emails, tools account, preparing relevant documents, coordinating orientation sessions, etc, ensuring a smooth welcome for new hires;
Assisting in preparing HR documentation, printing and scanning;
Supporting admin jobs and other tasks assigned from the Dept.
You're extra awesome at:
Carrying out other tasks as assigned by HR and Operations Manager
Working independently
