Role Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to take full ownership of VStu's online stores on TikTokShop and Shopify. This role will be responsible for managing daily store operations, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and cross-border logistics to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers in Thailand.
You will act as the central coordinator between brand partners in Vietnam, logistics teams, and marketing/sales teams to drive store performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store & Platform Operations
Manage and operate VStu's TikTokShop and Shopify stores, ensuring product listings (images, descriptions, SKUs, pricing) are accurate and optimized.
Oversee campaign setup (flash sales, livestream promotions, vouchers, bundles) in collaboration with the marketing team.
Track store performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, customer journey flow) and suggest improvements.
2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
Coordinate end-to-end order processing: from order confirmation to fulfillment and last-mile delivery.
Liaise with 3PL/logistics partners (Locad, MyCloudFulfillment, DHL, etc.) for timely cross-border and domestic delivery.
Handle return/refund processes, ensuring alignment with platform policies (TikTok, Shopify, and local regulations).
3. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels across Vietnam and Thailand warehouses.
Sync with brand partners to update stock levels and replenish fast-moving items.
Prevent out-of-stock/oversell issues through accurate forecasting and SKU reconciliation.
4. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
Work with Customer Service to resolve order-related complaints, delivery errors, or product defects.
Ensure clear SLAs and SOPs are implemented to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to propose store improvements.
5. Reporting & Insights
Provide weekly/monthly reports on store KPIs: sales, order fulfillment rate, return/refund rate, logistics cost.
Use data to optimize store efficiency, product assortment, and customer experience.
Benchmark against competitors on TikTokShop and Shopify to identify growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements & Skills
4-6 years of experience in eCommerce operations (preferably fashion/beauty, or fast-paced consumer goods).
Strong knowledge of TikTokShop Seller Center and Shopify Admin.
Experience managing order fulfillment, inventory, and cross-border logistics.
Analytical mindset with ability to use data for operational decisions.
Fluent in Vietnamese & English (Thai is a plus).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a startup/fast-scaling environment.

Role Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to support the daily operations of VStu's TikTokShop and Shopify stores. This role will focus on product uploads, order handling, stock updates, and basic reporting to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experience.
The role suits a detail-oriented and proactive person who understands eCommerce platforms and is eager to grow in cross-border fashion retail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations & Product Management
Upload and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock levels) on TikTokShop & Shopify.
Ensure product information is accurate and updated regularly.
Assist in setting up store promotions, discount codes, bundles, and vouchers.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Handle daily orders, coordinate with logistics/3PL partners for shipping.
Track delivery status and ensure smooth order flow until customer receipt.
Support return/refund cases and escalate to Manager when necessary.
3. Inventory & Stock Coordination
Monitor SKU availability on both platforms, avoid overselling/out-of-stock.
Coordinate with brand partners and warehouse to update inventory data.
Assist in weekly inventory reconciliation.
4. Customer Support & Issue Handling
Liaise with Customer Service to address delivery errors, missing items, or product issues.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status (when required).
Maintain good communication with internal teams for issue resolution.
5. Reporting & Administrative Tasks
Prepare weekly sales and operational reports for the E-commerce Operations Manager.
Collect competitor data and market insights from TikTokShop & Shopify.
Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements & Skills
1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, store admin, or logistics support (fashion/beauty preferred).
Familiar with TikTokShop Seller Center and/or Shopify Admin.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic data skills (Excel/Google Sheets for reporting).
Team player with good communication skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese & English (Thai is a plus).
