Hanoi with an established client base across the US and Europe. We connect
international companies with Vietnamese suppliers and manage the full sourcing

JOB DESCRIPTION
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an ideal role for an early-career professional who is
eager to learn, take ownership, and build a meaningful career in international
trade and sourcing. You will work hands-on across the entire sourcing
cycle-gaining rare breadth of experience that most companies would keep siloed.
As ExIm Vietnam grows, so will your responsibilities and compensation.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam (hybrid schedule
available)
Travel: Domestic factory visits approx.
1-2 weeks per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Consult with clients to define and scope their sourcing
requirements
•
Research and identify Vietnamese factories capable of
meeting client needs
•
Engage factories to obtain competitive pricing and lead
times
•
Conduct on-site factory visits to validate equipment
and quality-control processes
•
Coordinate sample procurement and client approval
•
Manage logistics and shipping arrangements where the
client does not have an existing provider
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing, or
supply chain
•
Educational background in commerce, engineering, or
manufacturing
•
A genuine desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing
responsibility
•
Ability to work independently and manage multiple
projects simultaneously
•
Willingness and ability to travel within Vietnam 1-2
weeks per month
NICE TO HAVE
•
Experience in rubber and plastics manufacturing
•
Familiarity with social media advertising (LinkedIn,
Instagram)
•
Experience creating written web content such as blog
articles
