JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Assistant Sales / Marketing Manager to support daily
operations, client communications, campaign coordination, and reporting activities. This is a remote
position suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the marketing and
advertising industry.
Working Arrangement
• Work from home
• Flexible work locations such as coffee shops or co-working spaces
• Candidates must be based in Hanoi
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily message checklists, tasks, and direct communication with clients across Banking,
Finance, Gaming, E-commerce, and other industries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve client KPIs
• Support contract preparation and campaign-related documentation
• Prepare daily and monthly reports with internal teams
• Conduct market, industry, and client research
• Coordinate information sharing and attend client meetings when required
• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships and campaign performance
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Basic Excel skills
• Ability to handle contracts, campaign acceptance documents, and administrative paperwork • Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in Marketing is a plus, but not required
