About the Role:
As an Online Interpreter, you will provide real-time interpretation services between clients and their customers, ensuring clear and accurate communication in a professional yet friendly manner. You will handle a variety of topics including customer service, healthcare, finance, and general business conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide accurate, clear, and culturally sensitive interpretation during calls or video sessions.
✅ Maintain confidentiality of all interpretation sessions.
✅ Manage interpretation sessions professionally, ensuring seamless communication between parties.
✅ Maintain punctuality and availability according to scheduled shifts.

Yêu cầu
✨ Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
✨ Excellent listening and communication skills.
✨ Ability to think quickly and remain neutral during interpretation.
✨ Previous experience as an interpreter is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong language skills are welcome.
✨ Stable internet connection and a quiet environment for online interpretation.
