Mô tả công việc
• Managing port-out request and perform various retention activities
• Handling all port-in request and follow-up until success, including but not limited to:
Call to verify customer for request
Create request in various system
Prepare logistics and follow up with vendors
Cooperate with other operators
Reporting & propose solution
• Use your proven customer service ability, excellent communication skills, and strong computer knowledge to guide new customers through the MNP process
• Handle all aspects of customer activities in the store on a professional and timely manner with integrity and sincerity
• Handle all online sales support if any
• Provide effective support to Shop Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations
• Assist the organization to acquire, grow and retain customers
• Maintain punctuality to work
Other duties as assigned by Supervisors

Qualifications & Experience
- College Degree
- Pleasant looking, full of enthusiasm and dynamic
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge in store operations/ customer service/ direct sales
- Must have good customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills
Language
- English basic
