FOIS ICT PRO is looking for a staff member to manage our Onsite Business operations at the Hanoi /HCM office.
You will be responsible for proposing IT engineers to Japanese and international companies in Vietnam, supporting clients, and following up after contracts are signed.
【Main Responsibilities】
・Develop new clients
・Propose IT engineers to existing clients
・Understand client needs and open positions
・Submit candidate CVs and coordinate interviews
・Support the preparation of quotations and contracts
・Coordinate with HR, Sales, and IT engineers
・Provide regular follow-up support for assigned engineers
・Handle client inquiries and issues
・Manage sales progress, proposal numbers, and interview results
・Support contract renewals and contract completion procedures
【Requirements】
・Strong communication skills with clients
・Experience in IT sales, recruitment, or customer support
・Ability to plan and manage tasks independently
・Basic skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
・Ability to report, communicate, and consult accurately
・Willingness to work with the company on a long-term basis

【Working Hours and Days Off】
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese public holidays
Annual leave: In accordance with company policy
【Salary】
Base salary: Negotiable based on experience and ability
