* POS Product codes:
- Create codes for new products on POS in line with existing code system
- Deactivate product codes which are no longer in sales
- Follow up to ensure all product codes are consistent among stores
* Bill of Materials (BOM):
- Work closely with Kitchen team to create BOM for each products following the recipes
- Calculate food cost of each product based on BOM
- Ensure timely update and accuracy of BOM and food cost
* Data coordination:
- Ensure all the product movements of all stores are input/ output accurately on Bravo
- Follow up with stores to ensure real time update on Bravo for products input/ output
- Work closely with Inventory Control Coordinator to figure out discrepancies when needed
* Operation support:
- Support stores with Bravo input/ output when needed
- Support stores with inventory check at the end of the month when assigned
* Reporting:
- Automate reportis to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good English communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience at the same position in the F&B industry or related sectors.
- Familiarity with data control software and system.
- Understanding of F&B retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and pricing dynamics.
- Experience in BOM and food cost calculation.
- Have excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational and financial processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
