Job Scope
- Review and provide insights on customer-facing team performance on their service quality, retention, renewal and referral
- Support daily needs of customer-facing teams, including sales reports, commission calculations, target management, service SOP optimization, and operations efficiency, to drive a high revenue and ROI team, from a big picture of the business
- Provide insights to drive high revenue sales,high engagement and renewal of users, based on data analysis and investigation of user behaviors
- Provide strategies to make internal operations more efficient, including workflow optimization and auto solutions for operations
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of parents' needs for their students.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data-driven analytical or operational roles.
- Ability to handle escalated cases and provide appropriate resolutions to customers.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with various stakeholders (LAs, teachers, products, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
