Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Operation Director (Open for Local/Chinese Expat, 5000$, ID21291):
Assist the CEO in managing daily operations and business activities across the Group and subsidiaries.
Monitor business performance, project progress, budgets, profitability, cash flow, and KPI achievement.
Coordinate communication and collaboration between headquarters and subsidiaries.
Drive implementation of management policies, strategic initiatives, and key business decisions.
Oversee operational activities of overseas subsidiaries and international projects.
Collect, analyze, and report business and operational data to support management decision-making.
Organize management meetings and follow up on action plans and resolutions.
Coordinate resources and monitor the execution of strategic and critical projects.
Identify operational risks and propose corrective actions.
Perform other duties assigned by senior management.
Requirement
Education
Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university.
Preferred majors: Environmental Engineering, Water & Wastewater Engineering, Construction/Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the environmental industry.
At least 3 years of operations management experience in EPC, engineering, or construction companies.
Minimum 1 year of cross-border working experience, preferably in Vietnam or managing overseas teams.
Language
Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
