Accounting & finance tasks
o Proactively monitor and follow up client's payments & receivables
o Monitor & pay suppliers invoice on time
o Produce monthly accounting and finance reports
o Prepare and process payroll payments accurately and timely
o Support external audit team at the end of financial year
Project management tasks
o Prepare contracts and related paperwork
o Work with project owners to recruit respondents based on the scope of work
o Make payments to research respondents and file their tax according to Vietnam law
Operational tasks
o Support to build new SOP and to update written SOP
o Organise and manage documents
o Update new tax, accounting and human resources regulations and advise management for changes in the SOP

Skills
· Fluent written and spoken English because you will support foreign project owners on international projects
· Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
· Effective and professional communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Efficient time management skills
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· At least 1 - 2 year experience in a similar position
