Mô tả công việc
•Manage all aspects of Operations to ensure smooth workflow, including deployment of staff, overseas rental and communicating Operations matters to both internal and external customers.
• Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the Operations.
• Act as main contact point for any Operation matters between internal sales and customers; to handle any customer complaints and to provide rectifications; communicate with customers on mob and demob schedule; attend site meetings etc.
• Lead and supervise and schedule the operations team for daily tasks according to the work plan.
• Monitor and evaluate performance.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the operations activities, ensure the tasks given accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner
• Monitor, control and optimize the operations cost budget
• Oversee and plan the manpower deployment to ensure the maximization of resources.
• Oversee and manage the Yard including housekeeping, proper storage, security etc.
Yêu cầu
• University graduate or college. Degree in Engineering or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in yard / workshop / jobsites & equipment management, having knowledge about cranes is an advantage.
• Good at communication, presentation, negotiation, customer service, strong leadership, problem solving abilities and decision-making abilities with strong planning ability.
• Attention to detail, time management and the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English
