• Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee forwarding operations to facilitate timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Control traffic management to optimize logistics flow and minimize delays.
• Act as a
project manager for logistics projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and utilization of logistics equipment and facilities.
• Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and forwarding processes.
• Proven experience in project management within the logistics sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the precision machinery industry is an advantage.
