Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager, who is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Logistics Operations and Customer Service/Documentation teams, ensuring efficient workflow, service quality, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics operations (Air/Sea Import & Export)
Supervise shipment execution, ensuring timelines and service quality
Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping documents (BL, AWB, customs docs)
Monitor service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Train and mentor staff to improve capability and efficiency
Co-operate well with partners/co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies...) to provide good service to customers & also avoid any trouble
Respond and discuss with customers information related to shipments such as cost incurred, missing documents... Effectively solve customers' complaints.
Check rate and serve for bidding. Collect and check rate: ocean freight/air freight/trucking rate/customs rate to ensure the best rate for bidding
Report to Director for any irregularity
Have experience and relationship with customs clearance and sea line, airline
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

Yêu cầu

Graduated from Foreign Trade University/college, Maritime University
Over 10 years experience in logistics/freight forwarding. Over 5 years experience in Operations Manager
Experience consulting Customs procedures and other procedures related to import and export services/Control customs department
Mastering and understanding of knowledge and legislation on transport, warehouse management
Strong customer service
Good written and spoken English (required)
High sense of responsibility
Withstand high work pressure
Time management and multi-task management skills
Ability to work independently and work in teams
