Operation Manager

Are you an experienced operational leader with a strong background in terminal management, chemical processing, or petroleum/asphalt supply chains? ADCo is looking for a strategic and results-driven Operation Manager to lead our plants and terminals toward new heights of efficiency, safety, and growth.
In this role, you will bridge company strategy with ground-level execution, driving HSSE excellence, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and HR.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Supervise Terminal Managers, ensuring strict compliance with ADCo, TIPCO, and HSSE standards while meeting ambitious KPIs.
• Performance & Cost Control: Monitor operating costs, fuel/material consumption, and maintenance budgets to drive cost-effectiveness.
• Supply Chain & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales on forecasting, inventory management (raw materials/oils), and guaranteeing OTIF (On-Time In-Full) customer service.
• Project Management: Oversee terminal projects, construction, and major repairs, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and HSE guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive operational efficiency through refined procedures, performance incentives, and strategic planning.
