Receive and verify PO creation from the Data team; post and release POs to suppliers.
Coordinate with Development
Merchandisers for greige booking and commitment; ensure timely updates to all parties.
Follow up on lab dips, strike-offs, bulk approvals, and pre-production samples to meet On-Time Tracking (OTT) targets.
Review and confirm Master Cutting Plan to maximize fabric utilization.
Update Planning and Merchandising teams weekly on raw material delivery and confirm OTT dates.
Conduct weekly progress meetings with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery; coordinate with forwarders for cargo booking.
Prepare payment documents, get approvals, and forward to Finance; send shipping documents to Commercial for timely clearance.
Manage fabric allocation per style/order; coordinate with warehouse for GRN and resolve shortages, color, or quality issues.
Review leftover materials and bulk trim cards for optimal utilization.
Identify risks and escalate issues to the supervisor promptly.
Monitor and resolve raw material-related issues during production; respond to emails within 24 hours.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Garment Industry, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Good communication skills, MS-Office skills
- Negotiation skills, Time Management skills, Problem solving skills, Customer service skills
- Knowledge of logistics
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar capacity
