Report to: Operation Manager
Overall Key Position Objective
• In support of the business plan to develop Chubb Vietnam as a dynamic, multi-line, multi-distribution, underwriting non-life insurance brand this position will help manage incoming customer calls on policy inquiries, billings inquiries and customer comments/complaints/disputes.
• This role will also help walk-in customer and respond to customers written correspondences via email, fax and mail and follow up on referral/complaint logs with relevant distribution sponsors and internal staff.
• The successful candidate will observe established corporate policies, procedures and guidelines throughout the service fulfilment activities to best serve our customers throughout all distribution channels
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Number of Vacancies: 03
- 2 Operation Officers with major responsibilities as below and in charge of monthly premium reconciliation, booking and production reports;
- 1 Operation Officer with major responsibilities as below and in charge as a Multinational Coordinator
• Major Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and hotline on policy inquiries and policyholders' comments/disputes/complaints/correspondences from/to customers and distributors.
- Ensure all policies and customers' information are in proper instructed registration systems. And all information provided to customers is of high quality and accurate to meet or exceed customer's expectations
- Work closely with Distributors in Company business line for customer service request, including reports and billings.
- Perform an ETE Policy Issuance and Administration Processing with Accurate and timely data filing. Ensure accuracy and quantity of policies issued in line with the standard process of Company Deliver.
- Ensure production reports in accurate and timely manner
- Work and participate on projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Work effectively within a team environment and work with others to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing specialized training to ensure the accuracy of information communicated to customers, reinforcing confidence in Chubb products and services, and contributing to increased customer satisfaction levels.

Yêu cầu
1. Education : University
2. Desirable Background and Experience : 2-3 years experienced with background in either insurance or reinsurance industry and same position is a plus
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : a. Proven ability to implement operational processes and procedures in compliance with internal and external requirements and pursuant to international standards
b. Excellent organization and time management skills
c. Self-motivated, disciplined
d. English communication skills (good written and spoken English is essential)
e. Proficiently using MS Offices such as Excel, Word, Power Point...
f. Telephone answering techniques and good customer handling skill
