About The Viet Concept The Viet Concept is a Dubai-based platform bringing contemporary Vietnamese designer fashion to customers across the GCC and international markets. Today, we partner with more than 40 Vietnamese designer brands and are building a new standard of customer experience, product quality, and craftsmanship for Vietnamese fashion globally.
As we enter our third year, we are looking for an Operation Specialist / Operation Manager to help us build stronger systems as we continue to grow.
Your Responsibilities
Product Quality Management
Coordinate with designers and production partners to ensure products meet The Viet Concept's quality standards.
Review product quality before shipment.
Handle quality issues, alterations, exchanges, and after-sales cases.
Develop and improve quality control processes and checklists.
Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Experience Management
Monitor customer conversations and ensure every customer receives a premium experience.
Review customer service quality and coach the team on communication standards.
Handle complex customer cases and propose the best solutions.
Track customer satisfaction, complaints, returns, and exchanges.
Continuously improve customer journey and internal processes.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Experience, Quality Control, Retail, E-commerce, or Fashion.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
Good written English is preferred.
Experience in fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
