Mô tả công việc
• Perform Operation daily routine as disbursement, repayment and reconciliation.
• Participate in building and creating SOPs, manuals and documents in Operation.
• Perform UAT testing and system development.
• Perform all reports which require by SBV, CIC and Operations by each period.
• Connect and communicate with channels of Disbursement, Repayment.
• Handle matters assigned by the supervisors.
Yêu cầu
Professional requirement:
• Background in retail banking industry and solid understanding of cash management operations or loan services.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently
• Experience in digital loan process is a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a banking or equivalent practical experience.
- Work experience: 3+ years of operation or payment experience in retail banking industry.
- Language skill: Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.
