Contribute towards the smooth and efficient operational management of the project to ensure the comfort and safety of all stakeholders.
Prepare and participate in tenders of choosing right contractors to provide best services for the building.
Making working procedures, regulations and standards to all outsourced contractors. Keep up to date with the Operational Maintenance Program and the Operational Schedules.
Liaise with Operational Contractors such as Cleaning, Security, Pest control, landscaping... to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of service within agreed timeframes and budgetary limits.
Supervise and carry out routine inspection of the property to ensure the property in a satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained. Ensure that maintenance is performed and deficiencies are identified and corrected within a timely manner
Ensure all facilities are operated in proper manner. Respond to inquiries related to the operation of the facilities and facility assets both regular and emergency.
Control all operation expenses within approved budget.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher
2-3 years working as supervisor in residential buildings
Strong leadership and teamwork skill; Good interpersonal skill and customer service skills; honesty and self-discipline
Good English communication.
