Mô tả công việc
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations (Air/Sea) and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
• Smooth handling all nominated sea/air export shipment as per company's standard operating procedure.
• Issuance all relating documents including Booking Note, MB/L & HBL, MAWB & HAWB, Shipping Advices (export), Debit Note, Job Costing.
• Follow-up on export/import shipments until shipment completed.
• Solving all the matters/ problems related to operation jobs.
• Find and negotiate with carriers and subcontractors to get best rates.
• Follow up and control subcontractors/broker during handling door to door shipments.
• Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
Yêu cầu
• University or college graduate (major in Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime or Transportation is preferable).
• 3 - 4 years experiences in same position in logistics/forwarding field.
• Good command of English/Vietnamese
• Good at Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure and good problem solving skill.
• Others: High responsibility, hard-working.
