Mô tả công việc
Overall R&R is E2E (End to End) production process deep diving to eliminate Waste, Non-added value to deliver Safety, Quality (GMP), Productivity & Output by
1. Manage 6S projects and activities related to 6S.
2. Improving, transforming and maintaining traditional production line into Lean line.
3. Define, standardize, reduce wastes of production value stream.
4. Collect data to establish and maintaining Value Stream Mapping for Operational Excellence (Lean) & Digitalization Transformation
5. Assist local teams with LEAN projects.
6. Responsible for Kaizen events.
7. Establishing the Optimization Cost & LTA (Loss Tree Analysis).
8. Daily Gemba production line with the focus on process for improvement.
9. Be responsible for Weekly, Monthly H3L (Highlight Lowlight), MCRS.

1. Continual improvement of Operational Excellence (Lean) & Digitalization Transformation principles.
2. Speed implementation of new projects/business initiatives.
3. Improvement in machine lifetime, quality (GMP, 5S & BOSS) and productivity.
4. Improvement of technical skills of operators as well as technical staff.
5. Ability to train associates in LEAN thinking and methodologies by Vietnamese language.
Ways to Measure Accomplishment (How you can tell you have done it?)
1. On time implementation of Kaizen, Waste Shrinkage Control & Behaviour transformation.
2. Productivity indexes (Waste, CSO, Conversion costs).
3. GMP, 5S & Lean Maturity Assessment.
4. Operational Excellence (Lean) & Digitalization Transformation Maturity Assessment pass
· 1. Degree of Industrial management or other related field with at least 3 - 5 years working experience preferably in a complex industrial organization.
· 2. Planning, Analytical, Organizational and Training skill is a must.
· 3. Experience in Lean Digitalization Transformation projects.
· More than 3 years' experience in Lean Daily Management System (Leadership Standard Works, Daily Meeting, Visual communication, Gemba, A3PS, 5S, TPM & Kaizen)
· Strong communication skills.
· Highly capable of identifying problems and problems solving
· Very proactive and energetic
· Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent
· Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure
· Under 32-year-olds
