Position Summary
Drive Process Engineering team
Responsible review and approve in Work instruction(eMOI) system.
Responsible for the product and process development.
Train production personnel on new product and processes.
Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
Product& Process design development with optimize production process
Cooperate with related department to solve production issues.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Good skill on the operation analysis to generate Work instruction.
PCBA SMT/Assembly knowledge is referred
Can use SAP system
Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Have good training skill.
Hard working, ability in problem solving ( 4M, 5 Why, Pareto, PDCA... & independent working.

Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering.....
At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering in Power Supply factory.
Can read and understand technical document/technical drawing.
